All of our steaks are USDA Choice or higher. We mesquite grill every steak over a hot fire to seal in the flavor, then top with butter. Also available encruested in lightly ground peppercorns or blackened. NEW YORK STRIP 29 12 oz. center cut, lean but nicely marbled. MONTANA RIBEYE 29 14 oz. Beef at its best. SIRLOIN 23 8 oz. Very lean, not marbled. TENDERLOIN FILET 29 8 oz. filet. The leanest & most tender of all steaks.
