CJ’s Bar & Grill
CJ’s Bar & Grill has quite a rich history! It all started in 1976 when the restaurant was founded in a converted Texaco station seating 32 people and only serving ribs. CJ’s has been a locally owned and operated family business ever since.
In 2006, CJ’s underwent a significant expansion and moved to its current location north of Rimrock Mall. With the move came upgrades to the menu. CJ uses imported mesquite wood from Texas to enhance its smoked meats.
Throughout its history, CJ’s has been known for its signature dishes such as smoked ribs, chicken, beef brisket, and pork roasts. Favorites like “house-made skins,” their special BBQ sauce (mild, medium, hot, and sweet heat) and award-winning ribs have been popular among patrons for over three decades.
The restaurant prides itself on maintaining strong, family-oriented traditions, providing great food, and offering a warm welcome to all its guests.
